Returns and Delivery

Shipment/Delivery

  • Deliveries are restricted to South Africa. We deliver to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban and Mpumalanga.
  • Deliveries will be 1 to 3 working days after payment reflects in our account.
  • Outlying areas may take 4-5 days for delivery and may incur courier costs, depending on the area.
  • Please request a quotation before placing your order for outlying areas.
  • Delivery to the main cities within South Africa are free for orders above R500, orders below R500 will incur a flat rate of R138 incl. VAT.
  • Lead time or delivery is subject to availability of stock purchased. This will be timeously communicated with our customers should the need arise. We will do our utmost best to ensure timeous deliveries and communication to ensure good customer service delivery. In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfill an order, we will undertake to refund you.
  • Orders placed on the weekend or public holidays will only be attended to on the next working day. Certain products or specially manufactured products may have a longer lead time, delivery will be confirmed on order.
  • Please contact us for large orders and specially manufactured products, to ensure stock availability before placing an order online.
  • A 10% handling fee will be charged for all orders returned/cancelled that were delivered correctly.

 

Unwanted Goods/Cooling off period

We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you no longer want the product or you are unhappy with the product you can return the product within 7 calendar days from the date your goods were received.  You will be refunded for the product being returned, except for the shipment costs. Products may not be returned if;

  1. Product has been used or damaged.
  2. Products are specially manufactured, unless they are damaged from the factory.
  3. Seals on accessories are broken.
  4. Parts are missing from the package.
  5. Original packaging is not supplied.

 

Defective Products

We do our best to ensure that all our products are of exceptional quality and in working order. Should a product be faulty or defective, we will ensure our supplier repairs or replaces the product.
The following will not be regarded as defects:

  1. Faults resulting from normal wear and tear.
  2. Damage caused by negligence , user abuse or incorrect usage of the product.
  3. Damage resulting from alterations made to the product.

 

Warranty
The warranty is supplied by our supplier and differs from product to product.
The following will exempt warranty;

  1. Damage caused by negligence , user abuse or incorrect usage of the product.
  2. Faults caused by unauthorized alterations to the product.
  3. Faults resulting from normal wear and tear.

Process for warranty claim:
If the product becomes faulty within the warranty period, please contact us immediately at sales@beyondrevelation.co.za . We will then advise you accordingly, as each case is handled individually.
