Terms and Conditions
Site Usage
This site may only be used for legitimate purchases or browsing its content and not for any other purposes such as fake or fraudulent purchases and orders. Images, products and information on this site cannot be copied, reproduced or republished.
Delivery:
Deliveries are restricted to South Africa. Deliveries are made to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban and Mpumalanga. Deliveries will be 1 to 5 working days after payment reflects in our account. Orders placed on the weekend or public holidays will only be attended to on the next working day. Certain items may have a longer lead time, delivery will be confirmed on order.
For large orders please contact us for availability.
Delivery is free for orders above R800, below there is a flat rate of R130.00 including VAT.
A 10% handling fee will be charged for all orders returned/cancelled that were delivered correctly.
Product availability
Lead time or delivery is subject to availability of stock purchased. This will be timeously communicated with our customers should the need arise. We will do our utmost best to ensure timeous deliveries and communication to ensure good customer service delivery. In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfill an order, we will undertake to refund you.
Custom Products and printing
All custom orders will have a longer lead time. Please contact us on sales@beyondrevelation should you wish to purchase a custom board or want printing. Please ensure that the correct sizing and artwork is given to us as custom boards are made to the customers specifications and are not refundable as we cannot re-sell them to a third party.
Installations:
If you require installation with your order, please contact us on sales@beyondrevelation.co.za for a quote and installation date.
Our Rights
• We reserve the right to modify, withdraw the website or products with or without notice.
• Change these conditions from time to time.
• We will make every effort to maintain our website, and may have changes from time to time. We will not be liable for any compensation should some parts of our website not be working or because of failure due to circumstances that are beyond our control.
Images
Although care has been taken in providing the best image for each product, some images have additional items that are not included and therefore we supply products according to the description and stock codes. If a customer has any uncertainties regarding a product image please contact Beyond Revelation to clarify before making a purchase. Beyond Revelation will give a refund for a accidental wrong order, provided it is in the original packaging and is subject to a 10% handling fee and courier if there are courier fees that incur.
